I attended Culinary School in beautiful Napa Valley, CA at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. During my time there, I secured a 900 hour externship at the world-renowned three Michelin-starred Restaurant at Meadowood training under James Beard Award winner Christopher Kostow. Afterwards, I was asked to continue at Meadowood in order to train under The Restaurant's Special Projects Chef for fermentation and preservation. Since then, I have given cooking, knife skills, and wine pairing classes, catered events ranging from private dinners to large weddings, and served as Sous Chef at Gatehouse Restaurant in St. Helena, CA.
