Chef Chad has been a private chef in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2016. Previously, his experience came from banquets and fine dining. Interestingly, he obtained a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering before moving to the mountains to pursue cooking in 2009. Being from Texas originally, his style often has a Southern influence but is perhaps more accurately described as mindful sustenance. His background as an endurance athlete spiked his interest in food firsthand. What we put in our mouths every day is the most important factor in our health. Chad is enthusiastic about helping people discover their potential and meet their goals; he believes in preventative medicine through a healthy lifestyle and relationship with food. Admired for his genuine character, Chad is always considerate and present with his clients' needs and expectations. He is eager to meet every challenge with his most tasteful ability and wide-open heart.
