Chef in Foley, Alabama

I am a chef with 38 years of experience at a point in my life where I would like to finish my career with an outfit that loves the profession as much a I do.I currently own a small restaurant in Bella Vista Ar.,and have decided to sell it for personal reasons.The restaurant has made a profit after only two year in a very tough,competitive location.The main reason I am selling it is a total lack of qualified,dependable help......I thought I would search for someone that needed a chef with my skill set.I have multiple years as an executive chef,executive pastry chef and founder of a very successful catering operation and a restaurant. I have no problem with taking direction from others,and I pride myself on being a very humble,hard working individual,and share my advice and opinion when asked.I have no problem jumping in where ever needed...dishes..busing..etc..it all pays the same to me..... you decide to give me an opportunity,I promise..you will not be dissapointed.
