Hello!
I’m a California transplant to lovely Central Oregon, I’m bringing my work/passion to the high desert.
Through travel, working in great restaurants, and being a regular at farmers markets I’ve built a very broad repertoire that is flexible to my clients’ needs. I take care to listen, guide and then focus on each meal whether it be a kid’s meal or an elaborate plated dinner party.
I have a beloved clientele in Los Angeles (and formerly New York) that I travel back to once a month, but as I am soon starting a family here with my fiancé, I am excited to continue my work here on a gig basis, getting to know and feeding the central Oregon community.
I have extensive knowledge and have researched a wide variety of diets and health concerns for my clients over the years, maintaining great taste despite restrictions.
Celebrations and gatherings where we come up with a menu to satisfy a crowd to make a memorable meal is my strong suit as well.
Importantly, I operate efficiently from grocery shopping, always making everything from scratch, serving, and a thorough clean up. It’s important to me that my presence not be something that disrupts the natural flow of a clients home or kitchen. I often work with private and high profile families and maintain professionalism while creating a warm and open atmosphere. Collaborating well with house staff is something I cherish, as I respect all people working towards a common goal of hospitality. I’m very proud of my rapport with my client’s housekeepers. I am not above cleaning and am a team player.
I have done dinner parties for up to 18 people myself. Menu planning is key and ideally someone to help wash dishes always appreciated. My menus typically include 1-2 proteins, 3-4 sides/salads and dessert. Prices vary based on menu and head count.
I enjoy taking photos when I can but typically have my hands full. I am happy to share photos, some are “behind the scenes” showing the process as well as finished and plated. My resume more specifically details my experience over the years. Including a pastry and catering background.
My passion to make what seems overwhelming like a dinner party or simply a homemade meal to your friends and family after a long busy day (with leftovers) is something I’ve honed from Thai to Italian and everything in between.
I offer competitive rates with regularity and work well with a budget. Feel free to reach out via text for quotes, photos and sample menus. My schedule is flexible but booking at least 7 days ahead is preferred.
