Nutritional Chef, Independent Chef looking for weekly subcontracted services. I've been cooking for almost 30 years (half as a Professional Chef and KM) and I have sales volume experience ranging from 2.2 million to 12 million in annual sales and in different types of regional cuisines. I did receive my culinary degree many many years ago but all of my experience, knowledge and passion for cooking has come from being in the field and that too ranges from casual dinning to fine dinning. I've opened 4 hotels, more than a dozen new restaurants along with several new menu roll outs. I know menu planning and development, food costing, ordering, inventory, PnL statements and cost controls. I also have both on-site and off-site catering experience as well. Now I've dedicated my life and focus to helping people through nutritional education and my nutritional cuisine called ReVive. ReVive Cuisine consists of Raw food, Vegan and Vegetarian cooking techniques and methods that is designed to help the body return its self to and maintain an optimal PH balance. A good PH balance contributes to a healthy body through eating and drinking healthier. ReVive only uses Super food ingredients & spices, fresh local and organic produce along with live & sprouted ingredients. ReVive uses absolutely NOTHING processed, out of a can or jar (unless I'm preserving or fermenting it that provides good gut flora) and NOTHING DEAD!
