Starting in a James Beard nominated kitchen at the age of 14. My experience is centered around seafood and local foods. Many of my techniques have been derived from a wide range of cultures. I am at a stage in my life where I would like to more directly share my craft with the people I am serving. I have learned many techniques through my time in restaurants. The most important being, the quality of the product used makes all the difference. I am a proud supporter of local farms and restaurants that hold these values, and hope to share them with the clients I work with.
