Hi my name is Bianca Concepcion. I began my culinary journey at Johnson & Wales University graduating with my associates in Culinary Arts and my bachelors in Food Service Management with a minor in Wellness and Sustainability. Prior to that my full passion for cooking began with my mother. I was practically brought up in the kitchen. I have worked and traveled from New York to Rhode Island and even Peru. I like to think of my cooking as expressive and artistic. I have dabbled in all types of cuisines using both traditional and modern techniques.
