I am a Classically Trained chef and graduated from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts here in Massachusetts. I also went in to teach Culinary Arts at my alma mater and at The Escoffier School of Culinary Arts as well! I can make anything from comfort food to high end dishes and am well versed in international cuisines. I offer catering for any type of event, from elegant dinners to casual barbecues.
