I grew up in a house with a working mother and a big brother that weighed 100 pounds more than me he was a recruited offensive lineman for our local high school football team and to say it was survival of the fittest is an understatement.. If you wanted to eat you had toake it your self and the best items were usually gone by the time I could get to the refrigerator so being artistically gifted and really hungry I had to create this is the truth of it and growing up in a resort town u either worked hospitality or construction so with that I took any kind of kitchen position available and went from there i worked and went to school when culinary school and work clashed I begged the first French chef I had met for a apprentiship needles to say.. I worked my off to become the person I am today
