Professional pastry chef with eight years of high volume, from scratch experience. I have kitchen experience working in hotels, restaurants, cafes, seasonal resorts and specialty grocery. My extensive experience assures that I can prepare a wide variety of items in many different settings from cafe items to plated catering events as well as cake decorating (wedding, birthday, 3D, etc.) I can effectively manage a pastry team, while maintaining the highest quality of each item that leaves the kitchen. I am very passionate about what I do and I strive to make myself a better pastry chef every chance that I get. Getting to create something that brings joy and happiness to people is something that means the world to me.
