I run a non-profit called Back To The Roots that is focused on working with children at risk to human trafficking and in my free-time I love to cater sushi and asian fusion on the side. I was the owner/operator of a Sushi Cafe for 3 years the restaurant biz was not for me but catering is right up my alley, as it gives me the freedom to do everything that I love. I also love to do private events where I not only make sushi but teach the basics of sushi rolling as well. I am on the road a lot with the non-profit so location isn't really an issue.
