I have been trained as a Chef for most any type of meal. I specialize in most meats and creative display of spice mixture. I enjoy creating new blend of flavor and spices. The best thing I enjoy the most about cooking though is the smile that comes to the face upon the first taste bud experiencing the explosion of flavor that first hits the taste buds about the food touching The tasting pallet.
