My background has mostly been in catering and I have produced almost every kind of event imaginable whether it's a seated dinner for 1500 on the cliffs of Malibu or the dining rooms of some of the most famous people in the world, presidents included. Like to recreate menus from restaurants from the pass as well as very healthy California Cuisine of today. I was private chef to Sherry Lansing and William Friedkin for two years until family illness forced me to leave that position. I have many references from my catering and managed over 1000 parties at the home of Marvin Davis. I have styled food for commercials, the cover of cook books, and am presently writing one now. Due to the rigors of business ownership, I am expanding my horizons back into service. Not only must the cuisine be impeccable but we have to be a good fit.
