Chef in Lakeway, Texas

I can think of few things more rewarding in life than preparing a tasty, home cooked meal for a hungry, full table of loved ones. Some of the best meals I can recall are the ones that I (and sometimes my fiance!) have prepared at home. While we all have to exist in a fast paced world, family reconnecting at the dinner table has never gone out of style in my family, and it shouldn't in yours! While it's been several years since I've cooked professionally (I'm an executive/personal assistant), I have 19 years combined in the restaurant business, and as a personal cook. I guess you can tell I'm happy and comfortable in a kitchen. Im not a classically trained chef. Yet, I've been blessed enough to spend time in the kitchen with chefs, and I paid attention. Did I mention my Mom is an amazing cook? I wanted to be in the kitchen with her before I was tall enough to reach the stove! Thank you for your time and consideration.
