I am a certified Le Cordon Bleu Chef, and currently employed at Sur La Table. I have written a kids cookbook specializing in healthy recipes utilizing fruits and vegetables (soon to be published). I am in the process of my second cookbook teaching kids about the science and math of baking. I have 12 years experience in the fitness industry and a degree in interior design. To sum up my personality, I am creative, reliable, disciplined, and playfully positive. I have 2 grown children and love kids. I have a huge passion in the educational aspect of teaching kids how to cook. Kids are more likely to eat healthier food options when they cook the recipes themselves.
