I call myself the "Armature Chef." I have a knack for nourishing the body and making healthy food spark. I am moving into the Longmont area to work with a functional medical provider and chiropractor as a functional nutritionist and practitioner. I have a Masters in the Science of Nutrition and have been trained in biochemistry, anatomy, philology, functional lab and genetic interpretation, and lifestyle and behavior changes. In addition I have culinary training in school in my own kitchen and would be delighted to take the stress off your plate of figuring out what to eat to nourish your body. My in depth nutritional and functional medicine knowledge provides me the education and skills to adapt any recipe and cook for any type of disease, allergy, intolerance, or dietary goals needed.
