I know you all know the saying “food is the way into a man’s heart”. Well it is definitely true! But me and my fiancé want to spread that kind of love to everyone. Food brings families and friends together, gives us comfort in a time of need, and gives us room to be as simple or creative as we want. That’s one of the reasons I made cooking my career. Me and my fiancé have been cooking since we were young, but as we got out of high school we didn’t go straight into the culinary field. He played football all threw college (and still does lol) and I tried physical therapy but quickly realized it wasn’t for me. I graduated in 2020 with an associates degree in culinary arts from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. The best decision I’ve ever made despite its trials. Now we have started our own catering business (DreamWorks Catering LLC) where teamwork makes the dream work! In the past year we have catered various parties, one wedding reception, and have two more receptions booked for next year. During our less busy months we do pop up sells. Our specialties/most requested cuisines are Southern Comfort and Louisiana/Creole/Cajun, but we love to venture out to different regions of the world.
