Having garnered over a decade of experience in the culinary arts, (seven of which are strictly vegan) I have had the rare pleasure of working with some of the titans in the industry, my skills are in menu development, cost analysis, identifying key vendors and produce procurement, managing small teams to do big things, and creating experiences that resonate with patrons. My passion for both art and food has led me to explore the intersection of these two worlds, incorporating elements of visual design into plating techniques and my culinary creations.
