I have been in the restaurant business for 25 years. I have done everything from line cooking, lead grill cook, bartending, serving. For the last 5 years I have been a private chef for Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. I am highly skilled in all types of cuisine from Spanish, Asian, Italian, Middle Eastern to good old fashioned home style. If there is a type of food you like I can make it. I am looking to broaden my skills for someone who would like to eat healthy for them and their family and not have to take time out their busy day to do so. I am also well versed in catering for larger groups, and all types of healthy options.
