Chef in Edmonton, Alberta

A simple cooking/baking job, not in a busy restaurant, as I walk with a cane and that sort of environment may be too stressfull for me, I can work at any location alone or with help of one or two others for a larger kitchen, I can make bulk orders once or twice a week, candy, treats, cookies, baked goods. Can make any jam, fruit preserve, sauce, syrups etc... Love to cook mostly vegetarian foods, meats in sweet sauces, just about any kind of pasta\rice dish and meals with tons of lettuce. I like to think I have a pretty mixed cooking style, some of my cultures from the Dominican Republic mixed in with my favourite flavours, Mexican, Italian, Thai, Vietnamese and Korean.
