I have experience working in almost all positions in the kitchen. My experience includes Fire & Stone in Cabot, Dixie Café, Verizon arena as a sous chef and currently prep cook at Cajuns wharf. I have an associates degree in culinary arts and have several additional certificates to include Food Handling etc.... I love working with food and enjoy the opportunity to be creative. I have started a portfolio of some of the dishes I have made and is available upon request. I'm an extremely hard worker, dedicated and most of all enjoy cooking. I'm available on a full time basis.
