I'm a profesional chef with a bachelor's degree in culinary management and 8 years experience in the restaurant industry. My first job was at the Ritz-Carlton in San Juan, I got to work on all their different kichens, including banquets, garde manger, BLT steakhouse and their ocean-side restaurant. After the Ritz i got the oportunity of running a restaurant as the excutive chef, where i developed the menu, hired and trained staff, and kept track of food costs. After that i worked with chef Martin Louzao in Cocina Abierta. And most recently I was head chef/banquet chef at Mario Pagan Restaurant where I served top quality food for three years.
