I have been vegan for over 6 years. I have been cooking and baking vegan foods for that long and thia last year, after I learned I was gluten intolerant, I vegan making gluten free foods.
I am a very hard worker and very quick in the kitchen. I am a former social worker seeking to change careers and get into the vegan food industry! I am willing to learn and work in any part of a vegan kitchen.
