From a young age I fell in love with food. That love brought me to my grandmothers feet in her kitchen all I wanted was extra food while she was cooking but I didn't know it was a big rendezvous of my life. Watching her preparing all the food with love, care, that beautiful smile in her face all the techniques and combinations of explosions flavors that is what I carry in my blood. Cooking is a way of expressing myself, all those imagination and emotions running in my head I express it through my plate. Every plate I make have a story. I remember when I was a little girl the first day of school I was wearing a new uniform and I was so excited of that day to come and that is how I feel everyday when I enter the kitchen. I don't cook for ordinary people I cook for people who understand how important food is from the health aspect to the enjoyment part. In 2017 I decided to create Yolocuisine to provide the best food experience in people home.
