Chef in Newtown, Connecticut

I am a chef who has done many culinary things. My most fun cooking is using ethnic foods and good old American dishes. Having graduated from the CIA and having run top club kitchens, it is a pleasure to simply cook good tasting foods. Recently I was a private chef for a large family for 2 years, living on compound with my wife. The demands were many. The calm nature of a private residence and the focus on good/healthy food over P&L's makes for a more enjoyable life style. My preference is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend or holiday as required. 30-40 hours are best. I am willing to shop, cook, serve and clean up.
