My name is Renato, am a professional Chef based out of Weston, FL. I was born in Italy and did my culinary school in Villa Santa Maria in the Abruzzo region. I then worked in multiple restaurants around Europe. I came to United States in 2006 and opened my own restaurant in 2010 which I have sold in 2021.
I specialize in Italian cuisine, but am also versatile and always exploring different ingredients and recipes. I focus on using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible to create dishes that are not only delicious, but also health-conscious.
