I’m a Chef with 20 years of experience in countries worldwide and has returned to Victoria to where I was born and raised. I’ve worked in an array of different setting from fine dining to causal fair. Within hotels and restaurants. Plus multiple years of event catering experience which goes from artist catering at music festivals with 35K in attendance to large corporate events with guests ranging from 100 to 10K to small dinners for 2 in private residences. I’m just in the 1st year of my own catering company which is currently my side jig but hoping to make it my full time one by mid next year.
