After 30 years in the culinary industry, from owning/ operating my four star European style bistro, Cafe Michele, a full service catering & personal chef service with a focus on smaller more intimate events, the publication of my first cookbook & a appearance on Food Networks "Best of".... it was time to take my gifts in a bit of a different direction. My many years in Alaska has enabled me to cater in the most pristine and remote places. Menu planing & specific logistics were all part of ensuring a great adventure. Becoming a personal chef has long been a desire for me. My menus are designed specifically to meet the needs of my clients & to anticipate their needs.
