Been cooking since i was a teenager , I've owned and operated my own restaurant has well as my own catering company , have had the pleasurer of working in a hotel in Cape Breton for few years which gave me the chance to learn about the industry from a different angle being it was pretty much 90 percent based on tourism .
Cooking is and always has been my passion ,
