Hello, I'm a young chef from Bladensburg, Maryland trying to enter the field and work my way to a professional level. I was taught at IUP Academy of Culinary Arts and graduated in 2014 and received accolades for my punctuality and professionalism. I taught how to perform a variety of tasks in a working kitchen, proper methods for cleaning equipment, showed competency at food safety regulations, earned my ServSafe Certification, and was also trained in professional serving methods. I'm determined, optimistic, level-headed, and anxious to learn and expand the skills that I was taught with real-world application.
