When I graduated high school I struggled for years to find a career that I was passionate about. I tried going to school, being a fire fighter, and even an electrician. I finally gave in and decided to make my life long love of cooking into a career. Within one year of being in the industry, I went from being an expo at a bar to being a chef at one of Cleveland’s top 5-star restaurants, Ken Stewart’s Grille. We served top clients and celebrities regularly. When COVID-19 hit, it put many chefs out of work, including myself. Now I am excited to come back to my passion of cooking and share it with a private client who I can form a relationship with and share my food with them.
