His comprehension of the art of cooking was well beyond our expectations being able to craft healthy, delicious meals to appeal to a variety of tastes and styles - many in our family are vegetarian and never did we feel compromised or limited by the array of dishes he would prepare. His knowledge and ability to develope a varied menu card was unrivaled - even carnavoires enjoyed the food! Geza also has a strong administrative side to him that will serve him well as your chef. He has a knack for purchasing farm-to-table, healthy foods keeping at or under our suggested budget. He is pleasant and dependable and had no problem stepping forward and assuming a position of responsibility. His ability to manage was exceptional. Chef Geza looks at cooking as an art and he is a very accomplished artist; I can honestly tell you that you cannot find a better chef than him.
