I was trained by a French Laundry chef and am very skilled at creating meals that are elegant, yet comforting. I have lived a Paleo lifestyle for the last three years and going Paleo completely changed my life. I lost weight, my moods stabilized, even my allergies seemed to go away. Eating a traditional diet is a key way to increase your health and longevity. As a former farmer in Sonoma County, I also have access to farm fresh foods and produce so you can eat seasonally and locally without even thinking about it! How it works: I do all of the menu planning, shopping, and cooking for a weeks worth of meals. We choose a day where I can come and cook your meals in your home. All the planning, preparation, and clean-up are my responsibility. All you have to do is reheat and eat! It's as simple as that.
