I have over 25 years of experience working in the culinary industry. I have owned several restaurants both international and domestic in addition to consulting for the American Embassy. My background is classic French cuisine but have owned sushi restaurants and can do Italian, Spanish and American regional. I was rated 24 points in Zagat for French food in 2000-200... South Beach, Miami and in 1998 was the winner of the first star-chef competition at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables. I have been featured in Southern Living, Miami Herald, NY Magazine and many other magazines including several covers. I once hosted my own TV show on Time Life Warner Cable in Manhattan, New York. I love what I do and always find ways to turn out a great meal whether casual or elegant. I love to see my clients smiling. I have been working for a corporate catering company since 2015 overseeing 50 employees. The company is now downsizing and I am very available.
