We are currently seeking Full Time experienced Line Cook's & Dishwashers for Katie's Kitchen and CV Steak Restaurant, inside the Carson Valley Inn Casino. Line Cook Description: Responsible for maintaining Katie's 24 hour Restaurant service standards, including food safety and sanitation standards. Responsible for preparing superior food quality items in a high volume restaurant per ticket order as required and to current menu specifications for guests. Requirements: Previous high volume experience in Hotel/Casino restaurants; 24 hour restaurant experience preferred. Possess and maintain culinary tools to perform the necessary job functions. Able to work at a high rate of speed and accuracy. Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and work well under pressure. Team player Able to lift 50 plus pounds on occasion Must be able to read, speak, understand and write English. Shift: Varied shifts, full-time Weekend and Holiday work required.
