Chef Job in East Greenwich, Rhode Island

The Miriam Hospital is opening an Intensive Cardiac Rehab program in East Greenwich in November. This program will be rolling out the Dean Ornish Reversing Heart Disease model to patients who have had a heart attack, bypass surgery, and stents. Part of this model in a experiential nutrition component. Therefore we are looking for someone to provide a buffet style, Ornish approved meal Monday through Thursday to 20-30 participants. The Ornish chef from California will be coming to RI to do an 8 hour training for our selected caterer. The Ornish Reversal diet is "almost" vegan, it does allow egg whites and 1-2 servings of nonfat dairy. However, it is <10% total fat.
