Chef in Tampa, Florida

My name is Chef Warren Lindsey. I am a Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu School of culinary Arts Orlando with an A.S in Culniary Arts. I am currently working on getting a degree in nutrition. I have an extensive amount of history in upscale restaurants, catering, and In-house work. I am very comfortable with many different cuisines such as, Asian, Indian, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Italian. I am highly trained and skilled in vegetarian and vegan cooking which is an art that makes me unique. I grew up vegetarian so I know different ways to make something taste great and be healthy. I have had the great opportunity of traveling to different places outside of the U.S to do training and also meeting great chefs . I have been to London, Italy, and Peru. Going on these trips I have been able to learn many different cuisine and cultural ways of preparing different dish. I have been privileged to be train by and work under Celebrity Chef Jernard Wells (two time "Cutt Throat kitchen" winner) I have also train under two certified Master chefs which was an awesome experience. I also have my own Personal Chef/catering business where I have catered for many weddings with 300 people, Funerals, Graduations, and family reunions. As far as personal chef jobs, I have worked and numerous homes from family size of 6 people for 2 people. Im current working in-house with a company called Cozymeal that offers cooking classes and also private chef job. I previously was featured in the Tampa magazine for my cooking classes. I am friendly and warm but professional and would work my hardest to make sure that everything I Cook will make you happy and satisfied.
