Hello, my name is Deborah and I'm a chef (Liaison College Chef du Cuisine, 2012). I am also a caterer and a garlic farmer in the Caledon Village area. I do all kinds of meals and I like to specialize in healthy cooking and have a lot of vegetarian/vegan/plant based experience. My experience is varied: catering cocktail parties, weddings, English tea parties, offering ready made meal services, cooking at summer camps, private schools and retirement homes. I have also worked in the Test Kitchen of a well known Canadian food manufacturer. I am an avid canner and preserver and make granola, jams, jellies, pickles, preserves and relishes for the farm business my husband and I run.
