JOB OVERVIEW The Missouri Athletic Club is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie who will be responsible for helping the Sous Chef with daily specials, creating new menu items, and prep work for specialty functions. This is a full time position, working 33 hours a week. Must be available to work Holidays and weekends, both A.M. & P.M. shifts. High School and culinary degree are both required. Candidates should have knowledge of traditional and modern cuisine, creative cooking skills and most importantly an entrepreneurial spirit.
