Location: 1461 Benvenuto Avenue, Victoria BC Status: Permanent full time Anticipated start date: Flexible Schedule: weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings Position Description: A junior leadership member of the culinary team. Title: Chef de Partie Job Purpose: To assist in leading and coaching a team of culinary professionals. To continually push the culinary program forward with creativity, food styling flair and fiscal responsibility. Job Responsibilities: Deputize for the Sous Chef in their absence, assist in coaching and maintaining standards of quality and presentation. Assist in the creative advancement of the business through menu development and research, presentation and product development. Assist in leading the team through daily production, quality control and execution of events. Required Skills: Minimum 3 years in a culinary leadership position. Drivers license required. Desired Skills: Strong level-headed communicator. Red Seal is advantageous.
