Chef Job in Carolina, Puerto Rico

A family of 2 is looking for a personal live-in (preferably but not obligatory) chef. The ideal candidate should love cooking, be able to learn and experiment with new recipes. Maintaining a clean kitchen and managing groceries is required. We live in a beautiful home within a private, beachfront community, complete with a golf course, gym, and country club. The employee will have his/her own spacious room in our house with en-suite bathroom. There is a parking on the premises for personal car. We would prefer a non-smoking person and with no allergies for pets since we have 2 cats. The schedule will mostly include meal preparations 3 times per day for 2 of us. Occasionally we have guests that need to be attended too. Weekends are off but would like a person with a flexible schedule to be able to work extra time if necessary. Our current live-in chef is from overseas and her visa has expired, so she is going back home to be with her family next month. The job position will be open from mid-February, though enthusiastic candidates could start immediately to have transition time from our old chef. The actual location of the residence is in Rio Grande.
