Need a good chef with experience to run a first class kitchen opening in Lewis County TN. (Hohenwald) must be experienced in all sorts of steaks, pork dishes, chicken dishes and some Italian dishes. Fully equipped restaurant and bar with 240 seating. LEWIS $ Clarke's Restaurant will open in July 2017.
