Hello all Foodies: I am 36 years old and have been in the culinary field for 20 years. I have worked in Toronto, Bermuda, Victoria & Whistler B.C in my career working with some very notable chefs from around the world. I live kitchen life and understand what it takes to be successful on a day to day basis. I am hard worker with a huge passion for food and a positive can-do attitude. I have a vast amount of experience within restaurants seated up to 400 and catering events up to 1000 people and experience in Private Chef in home residences. I am traditionally trained as a "from scratch chef" and take a lot of pride in my craft and only serve quality product I am contracting my services out to anyone that may need help for the busy holiday season and their after.
