I am a 24 year old female cook from Minnesota. I have experience cooking a wide variety of food including Thai, Indian, Irish, German, and Vietnamese. I am also seasoned in working with proteins such as duck, lamb, steak, swordfish, mahi mahi, tuna, scallops, and other seafood. In my spare time, I like to make fresh pasta and experiment with Mexican and Indian cuisine. I have a strong interest in food science/modernist cuisine that I would love to expand upon.
