We are looking for a chef who can deliver meals 2-3 times a week that fit within our dietary needs. We are looking for premade meals for lunch and dinner throughout the week for both of us and visitors. We avoid plastic at all costs and will provide glass storage containers for delivering meals. We also would like all food made from scratch, with no pre-packaged items used during cooking. My wife is accommodating the needs of our newborn that has a dairy, soy and egg allergy. He is also sensitive to a lot of other foods so she is avoiding cabbage family, onions/garlic and high acid foods (no tomatoes, spicy food etc.). She needs low-fat clean proteins, vegetables, and chicken broth. No fried foods or black pepper. We prefer a Mediterranean diet. I am also eating clean and healthy but have more flexibility in my diet. I don't have any food restrictions. If you can accommodate this, please reach out and we will do a trial.
