We are staying in Malibu for 2weeks from 12th to 24th of June ( 4 adults and 5 kids 1 staff). we are looking for a full time chef who can cook some Asian foods besides western foods for 2weeks (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

16 person event. To start we would like 2 passed apps, then looking to do a plated dinner consisting of 4 courses - small items for each. Event will run approx 4 hours. More like a tasting menu for portions and style. Preference is more seafood based items.
