Looking for 3 course French or French-inspired menu for 4-5 people for birthday dinner on 9/29. I would like for it to be prepared on-site (gas stove and double wall oven available for use.)

We love to eat plant based/nutritarian (no added oil or sugar). We have a busy household and It’s hard for me to find the time to do all the special meal prep and cooking involved to eat this way. We are looking for someone who can take many of the recipes/meal ideas we have and create them for easy serving/eating throughout the week.
