I’m looking for a private chef to prepare a foodie seasonal dinner for 14-17 people on Saturday Oct 7 in Colchester for a 50th birthday weekend. Birthday boy is a huge high end wine lover and would be great to work to pair some wines with your creations. Thinking you’d arrive ~4 and stay through 10 pm? Great if you have a helper.

Currently we offer breakfast sandwiches and burritos in the morning, and in the evening bar food (smoked wings, pork, chicken) burritos, burgers etc. We are hoping for a chef to come in and do their own thing with the kitchen beginning in June.
