Hi, Chef team with savory and pastry looking for interested partners to financially help us establish ourselves for a long term partnership. Our ideal partner must share our beliefs in people first, slow organic growth and believe in the product and the process! We are 100% from scratch chefs, great resumes with vast experience holding 2 very high profile positions in Chicago but looking to make our move back to the beloved south. Our plan involves 3 outlets. One being a large format (200 seat) small plate restaurant that relies on heavy foot traffic and a mid range price point. The focus is on seasonal small plates, craft beer and the best whiskey selection around. The next is our flagship, 40 seat fine dining that focuses on the best of the best. We aim to bring back fine dining in a way that only the south can appreciate! This is our love letter to the heritage, history and the rich, diverse ingredients. Think luxury meets Johnny Cash and unpretentious, innovative food and genuine service meets the best wine list around. The third outlet is our hip coffee & pastry shop. Our rock star pastry chef will make her daily favorites, featuring light lunch items, take out and the best fresh roasted single origin coffee in a hip, light and fun environment. The music is always playing, a smiling face always behind the counter eager to talk about the blueberry lavender poptarts and eager to show you her expert latte skills! This bakery also serves as a central commissary kitchen for bulk bread and pastry production which serves the other locations and can potentially double as a whole sale operation.
