Seafood restaurant seeking Chef or very experienced Cook that is ready to step up to a managerial role. Responsibilities will include scheduling and hiring of kitchen staff, ordering food, maintaining adherence to recipes and other quality control steps, cost control and pricing of menu, and general responsibility for all "back of house functions". Triple Tails restaurant is open daily year round, but is exceptionally high volume during the Summer. Come into this position with drive and energy to make a difference.
